Lead Generation

Gavel Daily operates as a lead generation service. Here is how it works:

1. You submit a form. When you fill out a consultation request on our Site, you provide your contact information and details about your legal matter or charges.
2. You provide consent. Before your information is shared, you must affirmatively check a consent box. The consent language tells you exactly how many criminal defense attorneys may receive your information and how they may contact you. The checkbox is never pre-checked.
3. We share your information. With your consent, we connect you with up to four (4) participating criminal defense attorneys or law firms. These firms are matched based on your location, charge type, and campaign availability.
4. Attorneys may contact you. Matched attorneys may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry.
5. We receive compensation. We may receive a fee from attorneys for connecting them with potential clients. This is how we fund the operation of this Site.
